Line-x is the best quality spray on liner hands down, none of the other come close, even rhino. Line-x Just grabs alot better and stays that way doenst smooth out after time or stain, I got my truck line-x'd and it frikin withstands anything. Only thing is you pay for the quality, its super expensive it was like almost $500 to do my bed so I dred to think what they would charge for a jeep interior but If you want the best quality Line-x is where its at. Pretty sure the Line-x place over by Tarheel will do all the interior spraying stuff, and usually they expect you to remove everything to have it ready for them to prep and spray.

I recently had my liner done. We had a 2002 Tj and a long bed truck sprayed. If memory serves me correctly LineX wanted $500 for the truck and $650 for the jeep if we removed everything but the drivers seat. That was with a discount for getting them both done. We ended up with a "deal" at Rhino for $400 a piece. I would have rather payed for the LineX. So would the guy that owns the TJ. If you call they will give you a quote. If they can't rattle the numbers off without much thought go somewhere else. Typically they will have a album of what they have sprayed. Jeeps almost always make it in there because they are so much work and they aren't the typical truck bed.

Jeeps and other open body type vehicles require MUCH more prep to spray correctly.

If there is asphalt matting on the floor for sound deadening it has to be removed as the liner will not stick. not to mention the extra masking and other obstructions (roll bars, shift levers, dash, etc.....)

Also take into consideration, the cost of materials has also gone up with the price of petrolium products.

i have to disagree with line-x being the best quality... personally, i like speedliner better than all the rest... it has a better texture (which can be customized somewhat for the customer- ie smoother or rougher), can be applied in ANY color, you can add kevlar to it for extra durability, and it doesnt get "runs" in it during aplication like the other brands since the last step of application is when you give it texture... there is a place near/in mooresville that does it, i say you should check them out

also, the only reason for a spray on bedliner not to stick properly is shitty prep work

p.s.- i used to spray speedliner when i was in highschool so if you have any questions feel free to ask :)

I've had both, line x in my truck, rhino in my jeep. I prefer the Rhino, it's not as hard as the linex, has a little more give to it. Course the guy who sprayed my jeep was a friend, so he put it on thick. Both depend on good prep, without that, neither is going to be any good.

I will speak up for those who did it themselves. I bought a 1 gallon can of Durabak from 4WDH. for $99.99. Bought a couple of foam rollers and brushes, removed the entire interior, and did it with the help of my step-son(his YJ anyway). Took a couple of hours to roll on the first coat, set overnight, and reapplied second coat the next day.
