Seeing them around Raleigh today. Freaking costco is around the block. Y'all got them elsewhere?

Makes me wanna go hoard TP to mess with people.

I saw 6-10 dumbasses waiting in line out into the street at one station, causing traffic gridlock at the intersection. Meanwhile, the station across the street was basically empty... because concrete island and no one could turn into that one. Didn't notice traffic any other stations I passed.
 
Every station in Wayne County that i have seen is either packed with cars blocking the streets or they are already sold out of gas, craziness! That's why I preach to my old lady to never let her car get below half a tank
 
The shortage is fake news. Gas stations being out and lines around the corner certainly is not fake news. The wife almost got stranded out of town because 10 stations were out and I had to drive one of my spare vehicles that has a full tank because I couldn’t find gas locally for the company vehicle.


I wish people would quit panic buying and just do their normal thing
 
I've got a little over half a tank in the truck (The 10mpg truck...;)), but the wife's van was down to 2 gallons today... because -I- am the only one who ever puts gas in it.

Ended up dumping some old gas I had for the lawn mower into it this afternoon.

Usually I keep a few 5 gallon cans on hand, but since we moved into the new house I've slacked on my doomsday preps. 😇

All gas stations I pass on the way to work are out today. News this morning said 16% of NC stations are out, vs single digits for surrounding states. 🤦‍♂️

Where are the 84% that are not out? Certainly not in the clt metro area. By the weekend I'll be driving my old truck that hasn't had registration for 3 years to work. It's probably got 30 gal in it.
 
One of our truck drivers is limping back in from washington NC on fumes right now. He couldnt find any gas after lunch yesterday. Also compounding the problem is that our loaders are idiots and rather than load him on one of the full trucks on the yard yesterday, they loaded his half full truck.
