I’m looking for suggestions on what to make my links out of for a full-size truck on rocks, and also any suggestions on rod ends for the links, I will be running four link front and rear with either trapped coils or coilovers and some big bump stops to limit up travel. For a size reff, the truck is a 2000 dodge 1500 ex-cab with about 3 feet cut out of the rear frame and lots of tub to come.

i've got sch. 80 lowers and sch. 40 uppers. 1.5". RE superflex joints at the frame, bushings at the axle. if i happen to bend the lowers, i'll just put a piece of angle iron on the bottom. i chose pipe for cost and availability. bgreen over on pirate4x4 runs sch. 80 lowers also on a fullsize chevy cab truck with a 502 caddy and hasn't had any strength issues.
