Loading a video from Facebook?

i used to use Photobucket but it's gone and I haven't loaded anything on to this site to the media section yet and I can't get a video to load. It is from FaceBook and the file isn't the right kind. Plus I'm on my phone. Any tips?

I need to mess around with the video settings on here. I'm not sure it's all set up 100%. But if you post the videos to youtube or vimeo, you can link to them from here and they'll show up in the thread.

Only thing I know is copying the link when you click share...this is how it looks when a YouTube video is copied and posted tk FB...
