Local (Raleigh) store for big rig tires?

I am in the process of setting my SRW f350 up with 255/70r22.5's, problem I am having is finding someone local to order/install the tires. Of course I can order the tires on the internet but that doesnt get them on the truck.
I do most of my business with discount tire. They can order the 22.5's and throw them in the back of my truck, but OSHA says they can not mount/balance etc 22.5's or 24.5's and they also have regulations on the 100+ PSI these tires requre.
So, does anyone have any recomendations on a shop to order and mount these tires? It would be awesome to find somewhere that will balance with Equal or similar.

I'm pretty sure there's at least one Colony Tire up there somewhere. A lot of people have gotten away from using Equal and they use a liquid balance that works quite a bit better!

Whatever you do, don't get a cheaply made tire...Wan Lee, Ling Long or Roadmasters. You'll hate them before you make it out of the parking lot.

I had piedmont tire in Burlington balance my 22.5s last year. They did a good job. I am sure the one in raleigh can do the same. You will not need to run 100 psi in them, I run 60 psi in my fronts and 50 in the rear.
