Lock Outs for '04 SuperDuty D60?

Need a new set of lockouts ("hub locks") for a DRW SuperDuty D60...

The no-brainer is to slap a set of Warns on it...
- Super Duty (F-250/350; Excursion) '99-04 30-spline Premium Manual Hub #38826

*BUT* the fine print says "Will Not Fit Dual Wheel Application"

So, does anyone have a part number or solution for aftermarket lockouts on a DRW SD D60?
 
The warns fit a dually just fine. Not sure why they have this disclaimer but there is no difference between srw and drw unit bearings.
 
I accidentally ordered dually wheel bearings for my 08. After measuring everthing, the only difference is the wheel studs. Everything bolted on fine, so I'd wager DRW and SRW hubs are identical.

I know 07+ axles are different.
The WARN hubs for an 07 were not available until about a year ago and cost nearly twice, IIRC
 
Any 30 spline internal dana 60 hubs fit the 99-04 axles. I put a set of chevy factory locking hubs on my wife excursion when her seals went bad. As far as I know there all the same.

Ron was right about the 05 up axles. Warn just recently released these and are about 100 bucks more.
