lock right

also where is the cheapest place to get a lock right for a 4cyl toyota?do they have to be set up or just put in?

No need to reset up the gears in a Toyota when installing a Lock Right. Follow the instructions that come with it and you'll end up putting the set up back where it was.

Every Lockrite style locker i have ever installed is pretty simple. Remove axle's remove spiders install locker replace axles and it is done!

I have never done a toyota but would assume it is pretty much the same except you remove your third member to get to the spiders.

One thing if you haven't already purchased the lockrite Aussy makes a real nice locker very similar to the lockrite but in most applications it is about 20-30% cheaper.

Did some looking and found that the Sparton is made by Yukon not a lot of information out there but it looks like the people who have used it are happy with it. Did the research becasue I am always intereted in the next best think that can save me a buck or two and I need lockers for my latest project.

Here is a JP magazine that talks about the Sparton locker!
