where can i get a longblock 2.5 for a tj i cheaked autozone wants $1500 for one, does jasper or any of them have these motors?

my brother just droped $1500 on a used junkyard 70k motor for a 03 mazda6 bc he couldnt check the oil haha good lesson about taking care of a car..blown motors bring the suck!
You will be hard pressed to find a new(rebuilt) longblock for under 1500.00....that Does suck for a 2.5 though. Thought of a 4.0 swap since your allready going to be droping some coin?

its for my uncle i looked on the internet and found one for $1100 from hiproformers.com it is cheaper and has a better warrenty than autozone

yea but cheack and see if it has a core deposit of 400-500..You gota ship them a core pretty sure..Good luck on the search
