that is a prime case of hillbilly engineering gone horribly wrong
 
I think he ran over a scaffolding. If you look closely, you can see a paint bucket still suck in the frame.

In his description it said snorkel was functional. Well, who gives a damn. The thing is so tall what would you need a snorkel for? To cross a lake? :lol:
