Looking for a drone

Anyone here know anything about them? Looking at getting one for work to capture aerial footage of events we go to either with a camera already in it, or ability to mount my GoPro to it. Budget is about $1k. Looks like there are a lot of options out there, just curious if anyone here knows anything about them and has a recommendation I can start with.
 
A friend of mine owns znzhobbies. He's a good resource and can probably get you what you want. Right now he's running 15% off in stock merchandise. Lexington isn't a bad drive from Charlotte either

I have a used DJI phantom I for sale. Will accept your Gopro. Good place to start. I have extra batteries and props and carry case. I'm in Huntersville. $600. John. PM if interested

My buddy has a parrot that takes good video and is easy to fly, he actually flies it through the open windows of his bronco. He bought a separate controller with WiFi feed so if it gets destroyed he still has the footage.
