Looking for health insurance

My wife is looking for a new insurance company for health insurance. She works at a restaurant and they don't provide any. She pays 100% of the cost. Any body have any suggestions on some good coverage or what company to stay away from?
 
I've got blue cross blue shield. Can't complain. Got dental, health, vision, and prescription coverage through them. Price isn't too bad, and you can pick different plans with different copays, and types of coverage. I also have to pay 100% of my own insurance.

I have BCBS blue advantage. had it maybe 15 years now. No problems, but I am what the insurance companies call "Profit". I think I've used it twice in that time -- and nothing major. Get a free physical every year from it, too. And free eye exam.

I have been thinking of going to high-deductible, 100% pay after that. Basically, I would pay 100% up to 5000, then they pay 100% after that. I'd save 3000 a year. Worth looking into if you are healthy, don't run to the doc at every sneeze, and have some cash to cover the first 5g.

I've got BCBS as well, but I hate it. My premiums have gone up significantly every year without fail, even years where I didn't see a doctor the entire year
