My friends wife lost a library book somewhere at fall crawl. It fell out of the buggy at some point, no idea when or where. We kept our eyes open for it, but did not see it. She was ready to pay to replace it and found out today that someone from Greensboro mailed the book back to the library. She does not know who, but if it was someone here... Thank You.

That's awesome.

That would have been Elaine. The wife of one of our guys. Glad it all worked out! I can put you in touch with them if needed. Just PM me.

Props to Elaine..
not many people are like that today!!
kudos to her!!

I agree! Definitely renews my faith in (wo)mankind. As a side note, though... if you are bringing a book to read during a trail ride, you need to go on more challenging trails! :)

We hit the challenging ones... thats why she brings the book, something to do when we break stuff...

lost book

we visited harlan ky for the first time the weekend that you lost that book. funny thing we thought the guy that invited us to this place lives in raliegh and we assumed it was thiers but it turns out it wasnt but the correct thing to do was to call and see about returning before there was a late fee or pay for a lost book. we live in high point and we will be going back i think in february of next year. we used to go to murphy nc but they closed it down permanmently, my husband likes mountain city, tenn but i think they are closing that place down too, uhwarrie near troy is about the closest place that is for 4-wheeling. personally i love the horses and harleys instead but we were doing the family thing that weekend. take care thanks elaine
