He has been seen several times around the River Run and 24/27 area. The owners have been within 20 feet of him several times, but he just runs. They have several traps in the area and have hired a professional dog tracker. Thanks everyone for looking out.

I'm not really sure. I'm just repeating what he has posted. But I did Google it and it seems to be a pretty common thing. I had no idea.
