Are you talking about the crank pulley?
Id so, then no you cant run without it, its what turns the water pump, alternator, ps pump etc.

BTW how do you lose such a thing?
Assuming the motor was out of the jeep at the time of loss?

Unfortunately i was driving in town and i heard a clink and i ran over it and after riding past it and looking under the hood i realized what was missing but i still have a belt on all other components except the alternator im sorry i failed to mention that i have two belts one going from alternator water pump to harmonic and the other goes power steering harmonic water pump but that pulley was attached to the front of the balancer so my balancer has or for better words had two places for v belts and the water pump has two places for v belts i know this is probably a nobrainer but never hurts to ask

Ok..
There should have been bolts through that pulley holding it on thats problem #1.
Second you have replace that pulley before you drive the vehicle again.
The water pump doesnt turn itself, it is only turned by the crank pulley belt so if you dont have a crank pulley nothing is turning your water pump and as a result nothing is cooling your engine.

the bolts are still there and the harmonic balancer HAS a v belt groove on it and the harmonic balancer is running the right side of the engine now But there WAS a pulley on the front of the harmonic balancer that ran the left side of the engine that makes two v belt grooves with that pulley attached but i now only have one v belt groove
