Been playing his stuff all day. Grew up on some Kenny. Remember the parents renting a movie just because he was in it......they weren't prepared for the six pack and fowl mouth kids.
Laughed a little to much and they figured it wasn't gonna do much harm since I was full speed on the punch lines.

This dug up some old memories. 1972 or 73 the milk dud candy company had a nationwide contest for the schools. First prize was a concert with Kenny Rogers & The First Edition. Box tops & Milk Duds written on a 3x5 card. RS Central in Rutherfordton got 3rd place. Got enough money for a band & and outdoor concert. Hillstock!
