It sort of is. But not really. I mean that stuff isn't useless, there are occasions and circumstances for it and its not intended to replace the real stuff.

Don't think of it like weed that doesn't get you high. That's not its point.
Think of it as a painkiller that doesn't have the side effect of dependence from psychotropic effects and natural central downregulation. The fact its a canabinoid is just its mechanism of action.

This sounds cool. But is it like solid state batteries that are always just two years away from actual production?

Other than seeing some buses using hydrogen, what are the scalable uses? Could they build full scale energy plants to use it for electricity?

I was questioning it a little until I got to this part "Sigmon was sentenced to death in 2002 for beating his ex-girlfriend’s parents, David and Gladys Larke, to death with a baseball bat in their Greenville County home." and then I decided I could pull the trigger if they needed a volunteer.

They probably had to, if the evidence in the case against the officers is as damning as it sounds, the DA is not going to have any credible witnesses for the other court appearances, and most every piece of physical evidence those officers handled will also be in question. Hell, they'll be lucky if most of the convictions these guys were involved in don't get overturned too.
