BTW...I like flash...I used a flash template for my site cause it was cheap and I didnt have time or money for much else.

Nice work. Not usually much a fan of overall Flash sites, as so many seem poorly executed and are bandwidth hogs. But your's seems to work nicely.

Nice portfolio of work as well.

Hit me up if you ever look to hire out freelance design/art direction. Or please let me know if you hear of anyone needing help in your neck of the woods. The agency I was at for 11+ years crapped itself due to bad management, so I am figuring out where to go from here. I would love a staff position in a good shop....but those seem few and far between right now.
