If you all were to pick one "cheap" vehicle to build up into a cool offroader, what would you choose? What specifically would you like to see (tons, overland build, van life stuff, etc)?

I would love to build one of these, keeping it as stock looking as possible....
 
I would like to have a Suzuki Sidekick/Geo Tracker with a custom dump bed as a cheap off-road toy and dual purpose landscaping rig.
