LS engine harness modification

Anyone around here happen to do or have modified an OE engine harness to make it a Standalone harness.

I'm looking at replacing my TBI 350 with a LS 5.3 out of a 2001 truck and I hate wiring with a passion. I have looked at many online schematics and diagrams until it all just runs together. I'm just about at the point that I need to either buy a harness or modify this one. Anyone?
 
There's a few threads about this on here already. Modifying the harness is easy, just time consuming. I have done it before.

x2, we've used him several times with nothing but great results. Very knowledgable and can customize it and walk you thru the whole install of it if needed.
 
Yep, Jim is the go to guy for me on stock harness thinning.
