checking backlash on the pinion=wrong. tractor links for traction bar=wrong

Yes that pattern is way deep take .015 and take another better pick. Load the carrier to get a better pattern, check your backlash on a ring gear tooth. set to .008 post up another pick and ill tell you were to go from there. formt he looks of it it is deeper than .015 but its hard to tell from the pick what size shim are you using.

great idea using the tractor parts much cheaper and very strong i have used that stuff on my rig its just as good as all that overpriced bolt on stuff!!
