Posted this in the forsale threads:
http://www.nc4x4.com/forum/index.ph...athes-bandsaw-rollers-johnson-saw-etc.154748/
I'm posting here because I don't have prices yet... My company is selling off a pile of machine shop equipment. Several Lathes, a bridgeport, horizontal mills, bandsaws, associated tooling, etc.
The plan is to have a broker come in and make an offer, at which point it will be offered to employees for a limited time and then whatever is left will go to the broker. Its all 3 phase, older equipment. I'm an engineer and not a machinist, but have used this stuff for quick projects. I'm sure its worn out but its what I cut my teeth on so I have no basis to say how worn it is. We could always turn our precision parts on them but the machinist who ran this equipment knew how to make it hum.
If there's any interest let me know and I'll get more specs and pictures up. I would have to buy it and haul it out of here same day on my 10-ton. I have no way of getting it off my trailer so I would be happy to deliver (within a reasonable radius from New Bern NC) for fuel cost or you could come pick it up. I would have to have your cash in my hand to make the purchase... In other words I'm not going to fork over my own money to buy something for you and then you decide you don't want it the next day.
Once I get prices I'll post over in the for-sale threads, but trying to play by the rules here...
here's all the pics... the red "x's" are how we marked which ones to move out. This was all operational a couple weeks ago.
