machine shop needed

I need to get some 5/16 24 left handed on one end and 5/16 24 rh on the other tapped into some tubing. This is gonna an alternator adjustment turnbuckle. My normal machine shops are closed down now. I can buy the tools to do it but that may cost more than someone doing for me. Located in fort mill sc just south of clt
 
Is it a special material you're using for looks or does it matter? If it doesnt have to match other adjusters, it would be much cheaper and probably much faster to just order one from mcmaster.
 
I'm gonna use it for my alternator adjuster. Put a Chevy alternator on the passenger side of my 22r. I'm probably just gonna drill one side so the rod end just slides in tight then thread the other end rh. Not as much adjustment but should be fine
