And it's not round.
I need it round and true. Took 6 hours ..... small slow cuts. PVC is butter soft and will draw into the tool and chatter.

I also turned threads in it at 10 turns per inch .... now I just need to wind the coil wire on it.

It's a mobile ham radio antenna called a screwdriver.
Its a movable coil ( wound on the threaded PVC form) that moves in and out of a copper pipe.
A cordless screwdriver motor ( hence the name ) is used to move the coil and tune the antenna to the band/fvrequency.
