Made some fenders for the Jeep today..

I was not quite happy with the fenders that were on it,
(little wrinkled around the edges)
so today I took the plasma cutter to them and made my own

(yes I need some better pics, but you get the idea)

hahah buy a bender

Well. i felt like hating on it at first, but i will admit, they really dont look bad at all with the mitered corners.............

Nice job.

I need a bender soon... I want to build a cage for it
and I can't miter those corners, lol
 
yeah i wasnt to sure about the mitered cuts either seeing them as he put them together,but after seeing them on the jeep and being painted it looks kinda uniform with the bumpers,at least its not 2" sqaure tubing:flipoff2:

looks good,now we need to go test them, UNF this weekend?
