has anyone done it. Its mouned just gotta go through the wiring an fuel issues. Will a 4.0l fuel pump supply the engine? If so, what do I do with the fuel return line on the pump. There was no fuel return line on the engine. Anyone know anything about that. I pulled it myself from a wrecked truck I bought, so I know there wasn't one. Any help would be appreciated.

You cant mount this engine in 'John Deere green' vehicles. It wont run. Ha ha... Why dont you show pics so folks can see those bitchin' wheels/tires.
I have one of Eric's 360 V8 cherokee fuel pumps in the complete drop in unit if you dont have enough volume/pressure. I would imagine, that you would just cap the return, its just there to dump fuel back in to the 'sump' in the pump unit. I read that the LS1 engines do this too (no return), to keep fuel from circulating and building heat.

I am doing the same swap in my Cherokee. I am going run an external pump and fuel presure regulator. The wiring should be easy if you have the complete harness

yeah the fuel pump for the 4.0L should be good enough if it was an MPFI I6... otherwise i dunno... will prob still be OK... youll want a regulator for the engine though, if it dont have one on hte fuel rail....

I think dodge trucks had the regulator/fuel filter all built into the fuel pump assembly... so a external regulator would prob be the way to go
