Well I seem to keep trading Jeeps and never Wheeling them....so I traded my 03 wrangler for a new buggy that I have promised to keep. I will be posting updates as I go. I will be cutting the top off and redoing the cage in the next week or so. Metalworkz will be doing this for me. I have new aluminum links being made at the moment. Lathe at work was not big enough to make them :-( 2 1/4 for the bottoms and 1 3/4 for the top with 1 1/4 hiems lower and 7/8 upper. Trying to decide on new wheels or not. That may have to wait. Let me know your thoughts.

Is that Larry's old buggy?

Sent while I should have been doing something constructive...

it has a brand new starter on it.. be and larry changed in the pouring down rain while sitting in the mud... lol
Great buggy, always been one of my favorites or it may just be the way larry drove it! lol

If it works good just wheel the junk if your changing it just to make it your own don't do it.I would only change something if it didn't work well or had shoddy craftsmanship.im sure just doing maintenance would keep you busy for awhile. If you wana spruce it up to make it your own throw a couple coats of your favorite color paint on it. That's just my opinion.sweet rig hope you wheel the piss out of it

Thanks guys! Looks like the new aluminum links and hiems will be it for now. More I tinker with it the more I like it! I am ready to wheel the piss out of it for sure!

Links are done and in! I went with 1 1/4 all the way around for top and bottom.
