I grew up with a Honda Fourtrax. My grandfather had a bunch of land back home in PA and we used yo bomb around on it all the time. He sold the land a few years back and haven't ridden a 4-wheeler in a while. Well, came across a screaming deal on a non-running 94 Yamaha Blaster with a built topend. I got it home, tore down the carb and rebuilt it, cleaned it up, adjusted the idle and the thing runs like a champ. Drove it around a bit tonight (no brakes!) and man was that fun. REALLY damn fun.

I'm going to try and adjust the brakes tomorrow night and take my son for a slow ride around. He rode with me a few times on my old one, but it was 3 years ago and he was too young to remember it.

I had a Blaster a few years back. I could ride it where 4x4 quads would not go. Really fun to ride wheelies on and get on two wheels in curves:driver: . Have fun!

You definitely need to stencil Sac Blaster on the tank. Also, I've got some older street helmets, but not sure if shipping would be worth it.

 @ Sac Blaster

I appreciate it, but I'll just try and find some locally. I'd just have my grandfather send me mine if I was to ship them. I found a few motocross helmets on CL for $25-40, probably just grab one of those.

There is the ugly beast.

Damn this shit is addicting. Even my wife was excited about it, we're seriously considering finding another one so both of us can go out with the kids.

I got the rear brake off the thing last night, literally had to cut it off with a sawzall. The thing was locked up tight, but I ordered new parts and will be back in business.

I've got a Grizzly 700. I love it! I dont ride it that often, but it's awesome when I do!
