Oh yea, can't wait for this. Team Hoonigan will be back and ready for more!!! Just got a few minor repairs to do on the Jeep.

Anyone that is thinking about participating in this, I highly recommend it, it was the most fun me and my buddy ever had. Go find a cheap beater, chop up the body and throw some crappy tires on it and come have ALOT of fun.

bummer, March 23 is the first ECORS race - Dayton, TN

That is a bummer, While this is targeted as an entirely different type of event, I know there are people who would want to do both, Hopefully you'll be able to participate in the fall run...

Let me know if you see any good rigs close by. Hoping to not just watch this time. I keep eyeing Craigslist

I see either a lot of tire rubbing, or a lot of sheet metal cutting in your future! Seriously though, looks like a great candidate!

put the new steelies on the ZJ this week!! Got a Few mods in mind through the winter to make it a little more competitive, but otherwise its almost ready again!!! can't wait!!
and DSM Turbos that thing looks like a great time!!!

Ok sounds like alot of fun I can get my hands on a long bed ford 4x4 for 200 bucks that runs might be something I would be interested in trying

Heck, for 200 bucks even if it doesn't go 30 feet, you can always haul it off afterwards for scrap and be ahead of the game!

HECK YEAH!!! I got some 38.5 TSLs on 16.5 wagon wheels for 4 hundy and you be ready to race!!!! and still get the frugality bonus!!

Any prize for 1st or just for fun and anybody ever use a full size in this event

There is a prize for first, but nothing extravagant. The last was a plaque. It's really just about bragging rights, and the participation itself...

We had a GMC Jimmy and a Dodge 1500 in the last run, The Jimmy had a bad day, but the Dodge made several laps.

For $200, buy it and run it in the CCTC. Afterwards pull the axles and sell them then scrap the rest of it.

CCTC is honestly the most fun I've ever had offroad or anywhere else. Buy a beater and come out and have ALOT of fun and meet some great people. And if it survives the CCTC, beat on it some more during the open wheeling the rest of the weekend.

yup was great fun and great people i truly enjoyed it you will not regret entering this event!! the friday nite campfire antics were worth my trip!!!!!!!! no really it was awsome!!
