GenRight will be having our nationwide 4x4 nights next Friday/weekend.

They're a chance to get together with other folks in your area and check out their rigs, discuss future trips, and just enjoy time with other folks who share the same passions you do.

All are welcome! If you're new to the sport, come check out some other rigs.

I'll be there for sure! Thanks for coordinating these Chris!

My pleasure man! Are you going to be bringing the Mail Jeep?

We're heading to Gulches the next day, if you (or anyone else) wants to join us. I'll probably be codawging for someone unless I can find a pit crew to mount 5 tires on some beadlocks. Tires are supposed to arrive next Monday. I'm Mr Mom all week and the ride is on Saturday so I won't have time to mount them and my current steup is too wobbly for multihour highway use. .

Is there anything I can do to make these 4x4 nights better? More convenient?

We've only been doing these a couple of months, but I'd love to see them grow and I'm willing to listen.

If I can't be out on the trail, my second choice is to hang with other wheelers, check out other rigs and find out more about places I haven't been yet.

For those of you that haven't been to one of these, why not?

Hey Chris,
I'm trying to get my new tires mounted too. I don't know when my wheels will arrive so I'm not sure what I'll be driving if anything. I might not have my YJ either because I'm getting a cage built for it and might be dropping it off Friday. That is all tentative so we'll have to see what, if anything, I can drive. Looks like I need a 3rd jeep as a back up, back up. Oh wait?! That's already in the works.

What tires did you get for your JK? You go 40s yet?

I'm trying out a set of the new Falken MTs. Right now, the only sizes they have in the US are 37s and 38.5s. The 38.5s are stickies (non-DOT) and only available to their racers, so I'm going with the 37s.

Can you score me a set too? Or maybe an awesome price on some used MTRs? :)

Nice! If you would have told me, I would have been a player on your used mtrs. I actually just got a set of new 37" mtrs for my postal. Just waiting on my wheels to show up so I can get them mounted. :D

I'm waiting on wheels as well. My tires are sitting in my front room. At first, I liked the smell. It's been a few days and I'm not so fond of it any more.

I attended your meet & greet at the Tilted Kilt a while back. It was a pleasure meeting all, the food was great. The only thing that was a bit distracting was the music was sooo loud it was actually difficult to talk to anyone. Being that I live in Kings Mountain it is quite a drive up to Concord when you have your meets. I do need to try and make one of your next meets. I should have been able to come out tonight, but was working on my Jeep till about 7pm and saw this post too late. I guess I need to watch posts more often.
