Well, with all your personal insults & cursing you do look kinda like a douche. I understand your pissed, however with an even temperament you will accomplish much more to resolve this issue.

There are two sides to ever disagreement.
 
In any deal I feel like I got bamboozled in, I'd take the time to get a witness, take photos/video or have it assessed and documented the second I realized it was messed up. Months late is too late. Without photos or documentation this is all pointless arguing. Humoring but pointless.
Thanks for the heads up but evidence is evidence. I dang sure don't see any.

Did this transaction seriously take place 8 months ago? And we are just hearing about it now?

I don't know who is in the wrong here, but if I got screwed on something 8 months ago, and I ended up making my money back out of it, I wouldn't think twice about it.
 
7 months ago and if I knew he was selling more stuff earlier I would have spoke out , I saw he was selling vin number and title off of a vehicle on the forum and decided he needed to be called out.

Should have said something then. That ship has sailed. If you were unhappy at time of deal, should have took him up on offer on trading back.

Without any evidence, your argument is useless and name calling makes you look dumb.

I don't personally know either of you guys, but just from reading this thread, you should get your stuff together next time before bashing someone on a deal that happened 7 months ago.

Again name calling is dumb, and careful with the language in an open forum. I read the thread, post pics, texts, screen shots, call logs, emails, telegrams, tracking numbers. Anything pertinent to the situation that backs up your claims that he screwed you.

If you don't have anything to back up your claims, you have nothing. Learn from what happened and move on.
 
Well luckily for me I document all bad dealing, starting with the bent frame on the Grand I got from you. The last time I herd from you, you said don't worry about it it's too far of a drive I plan to part it out anyways. Now on selling VINs? Please elaborate on that. I have never sold a VIN. That's just stupid, there is on average 8 vins on a vehicle. Stamped. Stickers. & tags.

Calling forum members names because you opened a "open discussion forum" & members are openly discussing and expressing opinions. Grow up.

& if you believe I have stolen/swapped/defaced a VIN in any way shape or form. Please contact the DOT. They will be more than happy to look into that.

Another thing, in NC it is illegal to "flip cars" it's called curbstoning. Selling a vehicle in NC when your name is not on the title is illegal. My name was on mine. Yours was not. After selling the useless ZJ to A&M salvage for junk that would not run, nor would the door shut, I took the bite on it. Believe me I have sold and bartered plenty of jeep parts and I would much rather part a 99 xj out than a 96 ZJ. I traded because you said it was a good running vehicle and the XJ needed a t case.
 
& that's that. I'm not arguing with a kid over this stupid mess any more than that. I'm a grown ass man.
