This is the full picture taken by the mars rover. "Bigfoot" is in the lower left corner of the shot. On my browser the picture starts off as compressed, if I click on the dark rock in the lower left the man will be on the screen toward the top.

BTW, looking at the pic in my post above, mars looks like a good place to go wheeling.

considering the object in question is only about 8 feet from the rover at the time the pic was taken, martians must only be about 3 inches tall.

Nasa is gonna be proud.....theyve discovered a planet inhabited by green smurfs.

I read it takes a long time to get the picture, it's a rock. I also read (on BBC, a real news outlet) that a man from nasa said there is an image of a lizard with goggles in the sand and an airman's helmet in the lower left corner but I couldn't find either.
