MarsFab exposed?

I read the thread title and barfed in my mouth a little. Knowing this wasnt that kinda board I opened the link trepidatiously anyway. Saw the awesome article and the pic Rodney mentioned above.
Finished the article knowing... read comments, wasn't disappointed.

Bad ass work as always, Mr. Marshall.

Can't blame him about the safety glasses on his head, he's gotta protect the little bit of hair he has left! :p

Come on now, I'm not that kind of guy! It's all fun and games

So somehow I never got the notification that you guys were talking about me behind my back...

@krehel24 stopped by the shop today and told me I suck cause I hadn't ever responded to this thread. If he hadn't I wouldn't have known it existed.

Thanks for all the kind words I really appreciate it. The whole Sema thing kinda came out of nowhere because I just happened to be in the right place at the right time. I don't normally do many bumpers these days and definitely not what I expected would be the first thing I'd have at SEMA but it turned out pretty cool and was a fun project.

Great Article & So Many pics! Chris is shown with safety glasses on top of his head, but no glasses in all the grinding pics. "Norm" says "safety first"!

I thought it was an acting double in the pics as he is actually wearing gloves while grinding and welding...

The gloves look new though. Maybe they got some and made him wear them.

I actually wear gloves most of the time these days. I get the hook up on 4x mechanics gloves. And I keep telling you guys I don't need safety glasses I have polycarbonate implants in my eyes.

When the guys were here at my shop setting up their cameras and equipment they asked to shoot specific shots of me while wearing my glasses and safety gear because General Motors wouldn't like to use pics if I didn't set a good example. Funny how none of those pictures got used. Guess I look like even more of a goober with them on. Better to look like an idiot than a goober I guess.
