Matco Distributor?

Guy I work for has a 1/2" drive matco flex head which broke today (while conveniently I was using it)... so, anyone know a matco dealer or use one I could ship this ratchet to get it serviced? matco website said there are no dealers in rutherford county area..

Wish I knew one. Our guy had to quit for medical reasons, and the new guy that replaced him hasn't come by our shop yet. if he ever comes by and no one else chimes in, I'll get his contact info for you.
 
It was weird the way this ratchet quit.. the direction selector parted ways with the head. it was on 4ft of 3/8 extension, bolt turned loose and simultaneous exploded. the selector wasn't up against anything, just holding the extension and maybe 40-60 lb force on the ratchet (long handle flex head). it happens apparently.
 
I am a distributor but I work in Rowan County. I will see if I can find out who the closest Distributor to you. Where exactly are you located?
 
Exactly Rutherfordton, not far from tri city tire. Shoot, its just one ratchet, I'd be willing to pay shipping both ways. Matco website said no local distributor. I think there may be one in hendersonville/asheville area (bit of a drive from there, but not more than 35 miles).
