max tire size for grand cherokee

just bought a 98 jeep grand cherokee larado 4x4 and wanted to know what the biggest tire i could fit on it without a lift kit? and what is the biggest i can fit with a two inch lift? both without rubing. thanks for your time

30x9.5 largest with no lift
31x10.5 with 2" BB

If you want to trim, you can always fit larger.

As I said in another thread on here in this same section...My nephew ran 33x13.50 TSL's on 15x8 wheels on a stock suspension '94 V8 Grand Cherokee. Didn't rub until it was flexed out hard.

This is mine with a Fat Bob 2" and 31/10.50's on 15X8 with 4 inch backspace. No rubbing at all. It had 31's on it with the stock ride height and stock wheels with no rubbing. But when I switched wheels they rubbed just a little.
