Too bad its the weekend before the ecors race. If I had more time to fix broken stuff after I would bring the XJ out and race.
 
Keith Wilson, Owner of Wilson Off-Road Sent me this, dude has worked his butt off and gotten all sorts of sponsors for his event its gonna be legit:


Ricky, If you know anyone that is planning on racing in the high speed event could you post up for them to contact us at Wilson Off Road (910)423-7623 so we have an idea of the numbers. We have 5 drivers for the A class and 4 for the B class already. We have received $500 in gift certificates from BDS, Crown Automotive sent us $500 in parts to give for prizes. Ford gave us $500 in cash. ARB gave us gift certificate for a small air compressor. Carolina Costal diving gave some free diving leasons. Plus Wilson Off Road is adding cash to equal $1000.00 across all 5 events.​
 
What is the event schedule? Wilson's site doesn't offer any additional info and I can't reach anyone on the phone over there. Am I blind and just can't see it? What time is each event? How early do you have to be there to compete in a certain evnt?
 
Anyone going to this thing? Any idea on times? I can't seem to find anything....

Big thanks to Ricky and Wilson's Offroad! We had a great day at the Uwharrie Stables May Jam! Wilson's Offroad put on a show the entire day, as a matter of fact, the first event was the high speed race at 11:00am and they were just starting the rock comp at 8:30pm. Really a full day of things to watch and do!

Thanks for comin out Jay, sorry for no response on Friday, both the Wilson Crew and Myself were already out there/on the road Friday morning and like I had said my dang Phone gets no service and no internet, on the ride home my phone blew up with messages from all weekend, haha . . but def glad you came out and had a good time, and good racin man, keep it up.
 
Hadn't made the races since ive been running ecors, I do miss going balls out for a lap or two. Maybe next year!
