8:00am Pre Party meet at Neuwirth Motors "Jeep Dealership"

*This is a Non-Profit Event, all Proceeds From tee-shirt and raffle ticket sales will go to local Charities of Wilmington, NC

*Event Registration is $5.00 for those who already have Season passes to Freeman Park and $25.00 for those who need a 1 day pass

*There we will have a canned food drive to help fill the selves of local food pantries, For every 2 cans you bring we will give you 1 Raffle tickets for products and services to be given away by Neuwirth; including Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, Window Tinting, Invisabra 3m shields and more.

*Coffee and Donuts will be provided

*@ 10am we will leave Neuwirth Motors and Convoy down to Carolina Beaches Freeman Park for a day on the beach with our Jeeps.

*Brings Chairs, Coolers, Corn Hole Boards and any other type of game that you enjoy of the beach, This is a Family Friendly Event.

*We will be selling Raffle tickets at Neuwirth Motors and while on the beach up until 12pm. These raffle tickets will be good for the giveaways starting at 12:30pm. Items donated from our Sponsors, Gen Right Off Road, SpiderWebShade, O'reilly's Auto Parts, Tom Woods Custom Driveshafts, Illumination LED, Spod, Hi-Lift, 4WheelParts, Rigid Industries, & Northridge 4x4.

*We will be selling Event Tee-shirts to commemorate the Event as well.

*Remember this is a Non-Profit event trying to raise as much money as possible for local Charities!

two weeks away from the event day and I hope you guys are just as excited as we are! I wanted to start by saying thank you to the team of people who have helped in organizing and setting up this event, it wouldn’t be the same without you. So, without further adieu, here are the official details:

8am Pre-Party Kickoff will begin at Neuwirth Motors located at 219 South College Road Wilmington NC. Neuwirth will be clearing their upper sales lot to accommodate all of the incoming Jeeps, for my returning attendees from last year you know how quickly we can jam up the lot! If we are to completely fill the upper lot, overflow parking will be available both on the lot and in the Best Buy parking lot located beside us.

Every individual who brings two canned goods will receive a ticket for the morning raffles while at Neuwirth and the canned goods will go to the local Carolina Beach help center. Registration fee will be $5 for those with a season pass and $25 for those who need a day pass, each of which will include a special registration event sticker.

While on the beach we will be doing a number of giveaways from our supporting sponsors. The raffle items will range anywhere from shirts/hats and gift certificates to Jeep parts! Tickets for the beach raffle will run 1-Ticket=$2, 3-Tickets=$5, or 7-Tickets=$10. Remember you can’t win unless you play, and the chances of you winning are high! All proceeds raised will be divided between the local Carolina Beach help center and 4 Wheel to Heal.

Event day t-shirts will be sold both at the pre-party and on the beach. Cost per shirt is going to run $15 for sizes S-XL while youth sizes will be $13. For the bigger guys XXL is going to run $1.50 more per shirt and XXXL is $3 more per shirt. If you can, we ask you to please pre-order your shirt, it will help us stay organized and be aware of the number of shirts we need. Final note – please remember that this is a family friendly event. We are expecting everyone to be conscientious of their actions and to pick up after themselves. We are not only representing ourselves but also the Jeep community as a whole. If you are interested in getting involved there is a number of ways we could use you. Is this why there were so many jeeps lined up out there on the same wknd last yr? We'll be there and hopefully my wife keeps her top on.
 
got a group that will be meeting at the Bojangles at exit#312 off of I40 @ 6:30 if anyone is interested in caravaning down
