Today Junkyard Dog and Myself was making a parts run in my
96 PSD, when I was pulling into the turn lane heading north I saw a navigater headed south and made a lane change at a high rate of speed, My first thought was "DAMN look at that dude" then I noticed that the man driving was slumped over at the wheel. My second thought was "HOLY SHIT HE IS GOING TO HIT US" third thought was "HIT REVERSE AND FLOOR IT"
Unfortunatly I think faster than I move fourth thought was "I CANT BELIEVE I GOT HIT HEAD ON WHILE SITTING STILL"
the impact knocked us back about 15-20 feet. Brandon got a bump on the jaw and chin and a lap full of Tea(he used the cup as a OL SHIT HANDLE) I have a bruised elbow. Turns out the man had a massive heart attack and was turning blue before he hit us,he was revived on scene and transported by chopper to Duke Medical Center.
FINAL THOUGHT=I hope my truck can be fixed:(:kaioken::mad:

holy crap. glad you guys are ok. sorry about your psd.

your final thought was about your truck? and not about whether the man suffering the heart attack was okay?

uhhh...

he is ok, I spoke to his wife tonight she said he is going to be ok

hey, put it this way...in a way you kinda saved his life. him wrecking into you got help on the scene. imagine if he swerved off into a ditch or the woods or something somewhere and no one saw it?

i'm glad you're okay, sucks about your truck, but we all know some things are more important than sheet metal.

Just a bit of friendly advice for the next time.

Oh Shit handles are most effective when they are actually attached to the vehcle.
Funny how physics works out like that.
