Honestly, the lady putting on war paint on I40 at 6:15 in the morning at 75 mph is waaaaay more dangerous IMHO.

I saw a video similar to this. Two guys on dirt bikes one jumping the 4 lane, one filming from the emergency lane. He was ticketed but the guy jumping said they couldn't do anything since he technically didn't touch the interstate or it's right of way
