I'm seriously considering picking up some of these for my 4runner
https://www.amazon.com/Milestar-Pat...01FVL6UU6/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8
Milestar Patagonia MTs
or maybe Federal Couragia MTs in the same size. Maybe 285/70/17 instead (I'm buying new rims too) but that's another discussion.
At only $150, and available for the same price through WalMart (who has the cheapeast mount/balance fee) it seems perfect for a vehicle you don't want to invest a lot of $$ in tires in.
Any experience w/ them? The truck is just an occasional toy that isn't used for any kind of long trips (aside from going to the trails) etc. I only expect to put a couple thousand miles a year on them.
Several reviews mention soft lugs (a good thing), and they are 10 ply.
