I just went to the Milwaukee Tools Service center in Pineville. It was a great experience. They warrantied my forge battery on the spot it was a very easy process. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend to any body in the area that needs to warranty milwaukee tool to go to the store instead is the mail in process.

Exactly!! Apparently they have been there for a few years. So much easier than mailing the battery in.

I dunno man. A prepaid label and a UPS pickup at work make it awful easy to just mail the darn thing in haha. But of course not everyone has that situation.
