i'm okay. it was crazy, i remember thinking in the air "i'm in a titan, this shouldn't be happening."

honestly, i think the nose of the mini went up under me kinda just right to flip me. i nunno.

so now i'm thinking about selling my 4runner to make up for some expenses. i don't really want to. so if you know anyone that is just dying for an 85 4runner with a bunch of extras ready to be built, lemme know. otherwise i may not list it.

i was going to take a left out of the bank parking lot, and this guy stopped to let me out. but even though he stopped, that didnt mean the guy in the lane next to him did. next thing i know, full speed t-bone into my drivers side.

then the NEXT thing i know i'm in the air, and everything is going reeeeeeal slow. i was really just chillin, trying to relax my body so i wouldnt get hurt and stuff.

when i came to a stop, i reached in my bag and got my smith and wesson rescue knife, and used the spring loaded punch to break the window open, cause my doors weren't gonna let me out, and i wanted out.

luckily, i'm just a little sore, and i have this week off of school. what a way to spend my break before summer session starts.

Glad your ok man. The same thing happened to me in my old Dakota. I ran a stop sign and a Volvo T-boned me doing maaaaybe 35 sent me flipping into somebody's yard. I remember thinking the same thing "I thought trucks were supposed to be safe?!" I hope insurance covers everything for ya.

First off glad you're OK. Second, I'd say that was a pretty tough truck. It's sitting of the roof and the A-pillars didn't crush down much if at all. Usually when they sit on their top the A-pillars crush with the weight of the engine.

First off, I'm glad you are OK.

Second, it's amazing how much you can think in those few seconds of air time.

I remember saying to myself "this isn't going to be fixable" and "the boss is going to be pissed" just before my driver side door landed on the asphalt.

It seems like slow motion

glad you are ok. and glad the truck held up. i just bought an 07 titan. read good things about the crash ratings. 4 out of 5 stars, and it was from the side that it was lacking the star.

Glad you're okay, but WTF were you thinking? The driver in the through-traffic lane does NOT have the right to give YOU the right of way to cross traffic, and you do not have the right to accept it. That was an easily avoidable (albeit unfortunate) accident. Glad everyone lived to tell about it.

I see people "being nice" as most call it all the time in parking lots with 4-ways, on side streets, hell on major 4-lanes. It's not being nice, it's wrong! I let people get pissed at me when I don't turn in front of them when they "wave me on". It's not their right and it will be my tail in court when something bad happens.

i'm glad you said that, because being upside down didn't teach me i'd made a mistake. thank god you came along.
