How many people write "I was stopped today and the officers were cool as hell" it happens but you dont write/hear about that. Thats probably 95% of the officers. The officer that showed Jon the recording system was straight up and very helpful and one hell of a nice guy (atleast thats what I could tell by the tape I watched)
