So when I started in a machinist apprenticeship at like 16 years old it was about the time I was 17-18 that I realized that just because someone was older than me doesn’t mean they know anything more if not less than me and it really changed my life and determination. In all honesty, I felt bad for a lot of the older production workers.

Some people have 5 years of experience.
Some have 1 year of experience repeated 5 times
