So when I started in a machinist apprenticeship at like 16 years old it was about the time I was 17-18 that I realized that just because someone was older than me doesn’t know they know anything if not less than me and it really changed my life and determination. In all honesty, I felt bad for a lot of the older production workers.

Some people have 5 years of experience.
