I didn’t grow up with a smartphone either but not so sure I had a lot of common sense. Just good local ambulance service and a Bell full face helmet.

We couldn't afford the helmet when i was a kid when i got in a accident my mom would tell me you are going to live get up and walk it off. I got hurt s few months ago and went to her house for Thanksgiving now she wants to baby me. I told her i was 59 yo now she didn't baby me then don't start now she got mad at me for a while. lol..
