Ok, I just have to say that the French folks came up with the gay ass name. But.. Germans have been doing 11pm drunk food called 'Wursttellers' (sausage plates) without all this fuss for years...Found at brewpubs and bistros, places like that. Usually involves local smoked meats, and whatever awesomeness the chef makes for sausages (and pickles), and usually a few types of mustard or chutney/relishes. I don't usually see them with cheese, just meat.
It's pretty much the best thing to munch on while drinking beer at a fancy brewpub, especially if the chef is a meat nerd.
Oh, sometimes comes with some fancy types of bread too.
It's actually a really old French tradition, because the French really like their high quality meats. A Charcuterie is a store that sells cold cured meats (so says Google).
I see someone had to go get their flu shot to get off the MEDPROS hit list...
Flu shot yes, Corovid19.5 is still optional for us. I don't see it lasting long cause everyone I know has told uncle sugar to F off.I see someone had to go get their flu shot to get off the MEDPROS hit list...
Meanwhile "get the needle nose pliars from my shop drawers, second down, on the left, blue handles" might as well be in MandarinMy wife sent me this. It is accurate.
