I don't know shit about fords except there were too many kinds of 351, but I'm gonna guess if his neighbor ordered it that way, then it never existed lol.

Yeah…there’s not a single ‘option’ there that’s factual, but bruncledaddies swear up and down their 40+ year old truck is 110% factory. Always best when they go to prove it and post their warranty plate vin, frame vin and title vin, they don’t match and don’t match their ‘option’. You think political stances are bad, try telling someone their grandpappy’s truck isn’t what they think it is.
