Is there anywhere near Lexington that will mount up/ balance used tires? If so, how much should I expect to pay? The last time I had used tires mounted was when I lived in Denver, NC and the guy there charged me $10 a tire.

Thanks!

Matt

Walmart does it for $7 a tire I believe.

get a friend and a couple of crowbars. ive done about 3-4 sets of tires myself. i cant balance them myself but that shouldnt cost too much. i dont know if this helps your situation but i thought id throw it out there

Either learn to do it yourself or find a good tire store. The alray here in morganton would always hook me up when swapping tires. If you can find somewhere that will do it for $5 a tire or less, it's not really worth doing yourself.

roy's tire and muffler on old 64 in lexington gets all of my tire biz. ralph and mike are good guys and will treat you right.

I got to wally world for my truck tires.

Jeep tires I use an old leaf spring & a pry bar. High lift to break the bead or drive over it wigh the ford.

I had Walmart tell me that they wouldn't mount used tires?

ONLY way to go.
I can change a 42 in less time than a dill hole in a shop can say... Oh, I don't know if I can change these tires.... What are they going on?... You can't fit those tires on that vehicle... These are going to cost more than a regular tire.

x3! I just bought one of those changers and need to mount it on my trailer.
