I can't place it from the pic, maybe its the snow throwing me off.
 
I think it is called Easy Out or something like that. It is a little farther up Welder trail past the water fall. It almost looks like a "fork" in the trail and to hit the ledge in the pic you bear right at the "fork" and the ledge is about a 100 feet up. As soon as you climb the ledge your back on Welder. It runs paralell to Welder. I never knew it was there until the last wheelin' trip.
