I think if all these people who say they think they are going to come, don't sign up and commit, it's cancelled by the end of this week.

I can't commit to anything, my rig is still broken. I'm curious though, if the rock race is canceled will there be an open run?

I assume that if my XJ was still a decent driver with a straight body, it would not be worth even trying? Ive never seen the course.

Post up here if you want to run. The course is not that hard, but I don't think you're gonna want to run it in a stock rig.

I got my t-cases apart, just gotta bolt it all back together now (after cleaning it all up), and make a new rear d-shaft. I started having some running problems at Tellico, I am thinking it MIGHT be a water pump, but I'll have to take the belts off to see if it feels rough. I am really going to try to compete, but if it is something more serious, or I am too busy w/ other stuff and can't get it ready, I won't be able to.

How about we start a thread for all 100% sign-ups? That way everyone will KNOW they have to sign up beforehand, because some might not know there is needing to be 15 rigs (they might not be checkin this thread).

I know of two first timers that are getting talked into it as we speak. Give it a little more time until you cancel. Hell if your having a open ride anyway wait until the day of the event. If the ride falls through you can use the trophys and other stuff for your next event, just change the tags. I really want to see "FrankinJeep" see if he can run with the big dogs.
