We will be having our 2nd mudsling of the year on JUNE 20th @ The Flats Offroad Park in Marion N.C.The mudsling will start @ 4:00 on Saturday. The pit will be 200' and we did take the jumps out.
The park is located on I-40 @ exit 85. You can also use Google maps and search The Flats Marion NC for directions.

Races will be every 3rd weekend and every race will be posted as an event on The Flats Offroad Park's face book page with info and rules.
Points system will be in place & final race will be for the ...championship!

Drivers meeting at 3:30. Race starts @ 4:00
Concessions will be served @ all races.

TRACK RULES
1. No Alcohol beverages of any kind is allowed on the property.
2. No physical or verbal confrontations with track personnel will
be tolerated .
3. Racers and their pit crew will be responsible for the actions of their
members and guest. Any of the above rules (1&2) broken by
them will result in disqualification and loss of points for that
event. The individual will be escorted off premises and will be barred from
future events. ( No Refunds )
4. Helmets are required in all classes for driver and passengers.
5. All race vehicles will be required to have a hookup point or
driver will have to hook his own race vehicle to tow equipment.
6. Max. 5 MPH anywhere in pit area.
7. All drivers must attend drivers meeting before race.
8. All race vehicles from small block modified to mega truck classes must have a easy access kill switch within reach of driver. (this is not the master cutoff switch on rear of vehicle)
Rules:
4/6 CYL Street Class $25
4 CYL and 6 CYL street class will use the same rules as V8 street class.
V8 Street Class $25
Could pass NC inspection.
No gutting and must have dash, heater box, and all glass.
Can trim fenders for tire clearance. Body swaps OK. Must use full size frame and tires must line up w/ fenders +/- 3" No small V8 conversions.
Stock suspension. Lift kits allowed. Must have mufflers. Any DOT tire allowed. No cut tires.
No power adders. Diesels with factory turbo ok.
Can use 3 bolt-ons... example...carb, intake, headers or ignition. This class is intended for vehicles that are primarily street driven, have minimal modifications, and are street legal.
This class is intended for street vehicles, if you pull up to the line and your truck clearly sounds like it is modified for way more power you will be bumped to modified Street class per track official.
-Breakout rule, if you exceed the 2nd best of the field by 3 seconds you will be bumped to modified street class

This class could be split depending on horsepower.
Example 300hp buggy will not run against 1000hp mud truck.
